IN NO EVENT WILL SIXPAL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SIXPAL FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
